To ensure a transparent and efficient cooperation, please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


I. Core Shipping Methods

We offer flexible shipping solutions to meet the needs of various customers.

1. Ex-works Price (EXW)
• Description: The customer or their designated freight forwarder must pick up the goods at the factory address. We are responsible for properly packing and storing the goods at the factory; all subsequent costs, documentation, and risks are borne by the customer.
• Suitable for experienced importers with reliable agents in China.
2. Free On Board (FOB)
• Description: We will be responsible for all inland transportation and customs clearance matters for the goods to the designated port of departure (such as Shenzhen Port or Ningbo Port). Once the goods have crossed the ship's rail, the risk and responsibility will transfer to the customer.
• Applicable: This is our most commonly used and recommended transportation method, which balances the responsibilities and costs of both parties.
3. Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF)
• Description: We are responsible for arranging the main ocean freight, paying the freight to the destination port, and providing basic cargo insurance. Customs clearance and delivery after arrival are the responsibility of the client.
• Suitable for: Beginner importers who want us to take on more responsibility for transportation.
4. Door-to-door service (DAP/DDU - Delivered at Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid)
Description: We transport your goods to your designated destination address through our partner freight forwarders (excluding tax and customs clearance services). We handle the entire logistics process, saving you the hassle of finding a freight forwarder.
• Suitable for: Customers who wish to enjoy one-stop door-to-door service.
5. Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
• Description: We handle the entire logistics process, including customs clearance at the destination port, payment of all duties and taxes, and door-to-door delivery. This is the most worry-free service.
• Suitable for customers who are unfamiliar with the tax system of the destination country or wish to completely outsource their logistics.


II. Shipping Lead Time & Cost

Transportation method, standard delivery time, cost estimate, remarks
Sea freight takes 20-45 days. Delivery time varies depending on the destination port and sailing schedule, making it the most cost-effective option.

· Note: Above lead times are estimates and exclude production time. Actual cost is subject to a separate quotation based on CBM, weight, destination, and market rates.

III. Order Processing & Packaging

1. Order processing: Production can only begin after an order is confirmed and a deposit is received.
2. Production cycle: 15-30 days for standard products, customized products need to be confirmed separately.
3. Professional packaging:
• Inner packaging: Pearl cotton, bubble wrap, and corner protectors provide comprehensive protection.
• Outer packaging: Thickened five-layer corrugated cardboard box or custom wooden box/frame to ensure safe transportation.
• Labeling: Clearly mark the shipping mark, product information, and fragile label.

IV. Liability & Insurance

1. Risk Transfer: The risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery in accordance with the selected trade terms.
2. Insurance: We strongly recommend that all goods be covered by full transport insurance.
• Under FOB/EXW terms, insurance is purchased by the customer.
• Under CIF/DAP/DDP terms, we provide basic insurance. Please inform us in advance if you require higher coverage.

V. Claims Policy

If the goods are damaged or lost during transit:

1. Obtain evidence immediately: Please inspect the appearance upon receipt of the goods. If you find any damage to the outer packaging, please take photos immediately to preserve evidence (including the condition of the outer packaging, the contents, and the tracking number), and have the carrier issue a damage certificate.
2. Timely notification: Please send the above evidence to us via email within 48 hours of signing for the package. We regret that we will be unable to process your request after this period.
3. Assistance: We will actively cooperate with you in making a claim to the insurance company or carrier.
